Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of construction projects to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contractual terms, and specifications;
- Identify potential risks and areas of improvement in construction projects;
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations;
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations;
- Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering or relevant subjects, with relevant professional qualification, such as CPA, CIA, are preferred;
- At least 12 years of work experience in external audit / internal audit / internal control function, preferably gain from Big4 / MNC / construction related industry;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills, with ability to work independently to meet tight timeline;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post Senior Audit Officer.
